Inventory Coordinator

Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Inventory
Coordinator in the Contract Logistics Team. He/She will maintain and
improve the stock accuracy, location accuracy and system accuracy for all WMS
accounts by: executing, monitoring and reporting all types of cycle counting
within all warehouse management systems deployed at Danzas; timely update of
all reports and correctly adjust WMS system, report and resolve all variances,
non-compliances and results, maintain and balance Danzas and Customer Systems
and will ensure all necessary audits carried out and all reports maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute the system of cycle counts, full Inventory counts and all necessary audits across all WMS accounts.


• Understand the Warehouse management systems and their usage in Stock management. Provide Daily Cycle count and other Inventory Reports.


• Ensure that system to system reconciliation and mismatch reporting is carried out.


• Prepare all necessary reports on stock counts, inbound & outbound status reports, stock movement, ageing report and any other reports as required by operations, customer or line manager. Report issues of non-conformance in operation to line manager.


• Perform accurate Inventory transactions for mismatches finalized


• Company bottom line contribution through elimination of stock losses by driving planned Inventory audit procedures


• Be part of customer implementation projects performing the necessary activities to ensure that proper inventory management policies are put in place during implementation


• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to prepare and execute stock takes and bring to resolution all discrepancies post stock take following correct processes.

  Ensure that the company strategies are taken into account while performing routine and planned Inventory activities
  
  Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  
  


• 
  

  Sound Warehousing Knowledge and application of Inventory concepts within a WMS system (Knowledge of SAP would be preferred)

  
  


• Good Analytical and Technical skills demonstrating know-how of methodologies to implement High Inventory Accuracy


• Computer Literate and MS office proficient


• Inclined towards continuous improvement and eye to details

  Diploma or Graduate preferably with an accounting qualification.
