Incoming materials & inventory and Stock movements & warehousing
* Monitoring of stock of material on daily basis & follow up all the critical,
* Request the goods on time by issuing a PSR
* Highlighting at the issue in case there is a shortage of material & informed the Superior to assist & follow up.
* Follow up with Purchasing on the delivery.
* Arrange the monthly inventory on time and send the report to Logistic manager
Administrative
* Make RIR for all receiving items on use.
* Make return to supplier in case there is return of spare parts or any item.
* Send an email to the requester if the good is arrived.
* To sign on the delivery note and stamp it.
* Creating stock locators physically and by Oracle system.
Optimization
* Optimization of incoming goods and inventory, the inventory management and workflow.
* Analyzing the applicability and practicality of the newest technological developments.
* Inspection of material stock, efficient and consistent incoming goods inspection and project oriented monitoring.
Warehousing
* The goods must be stored according to their nature and condition,
* Monitoring of storage capacity through optimal disposition of atl required parts and components in storage.
* Assuring working security of machines and components during storage. Ensures good housekeeping within alt areas of his work.
Education/ Professional Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in ERP warehousing modules
Experience
* 1 to 3 years of warehouse coordination/administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications/ Skills/ Personal Competencies
* Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word).
* Ability to read and write in English language.
* Experience in using specific logistics/warehouse systems (scanners etc.).
