As an Office Administrator/Coordinator at Jet Aviation, you will support the
administrative operations of our Aircraft Management/Aircraft Maintenance and
FBO business in Dubai. This shall include the department's day-to-day
functions performing various organizational, administrational and HR-related
tasks as well as supporting our customers and flight crew.
Description/Tasks:
* Various administrative tasks supporting the Administration Manager, Receptionist, HR Director and local PRO
* Residence visa process for crew members based in UAE in coordination with DAFZA
* Resolving various queries of customers, crew members and the parent company in Switzerland
Qualification/Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the UAE.
* Commercial education/background
* Fluency in English, oral and written
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer focused, service and result oriented
* Self-starter, highly motivated
* Reliable and trustworthy
Desired characteristics
* Professional background in an international company, preferably aviation
* Experience in dealing with governmental authorities
