Summary
* Assistant Manager - Kids Club responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Cave Kids Club at Park Hyatt Dubai.
* Supervise and engage with children in various age groups to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
* Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for kids.
* Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
* Welcome and register children, as well as communicate with parents regarding club activities and schedules.
* Develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
* Train and oversee a team of Kids Club Coordinators, providing guidance and support.
* Monitor inventory and supplies, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
* Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting a fun and educational experience for children.
* Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with both children and parents.
* Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and attendance tracking.
* Ensure compliance with Park Hyatt Dubai's policies and standards.
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Kids Club.
* Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
Qualifications
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
* Prior experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or kids club setting.
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage a team.
* Certification in CPR and First Aid for children and infants.
* Any relevant certifications in child care, child development, or education would be a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children and parents.
* Organizational skills to plan and execute age-appropriate activities.
* Leadership abilities to oversee and guide a team of Kids Club attendants.
* Creativity to design engaging and educational programs for children.
