COORDINATOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GCC

YOUR MISSION



  • Creation of Sales Orders & Delivery Notes

  • Preparing implementation reports ****

  • Generating reports from SAP

  • Revision of discounts and payment terms, if any

  • Moving of delivery dates

  • Preparing Pro-forma invoices

  • Maintaining records for LPO

  • Handle UPS invoices

  • Invoicing DN's once packed in SAP


YOUR TALENT


Education:
* Preferably with a bachelor 's degree
Experience:
* Ideally with ‎1-year Customer Service experience
* Experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory
Capabilities:
* Results-oriented
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to work alongside other functions
* Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
* Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
* Attention to detail
