Education:
* Preferably with a bachelor 's degree
Experience:
* Ideally with 1-year Customer Service experience
* Experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory
Capabilities:
* Results-oriented
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to work alongside other functions
* Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
* Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
* Attention to detail
