Duties

The incumbent administers, deploys, and maintains Post's unclassified computer
systems and network. The position serves as the Information Systems Center
(ISC) Systems Analyst and performs technical research and business
requirements analysis for designing and development. The incumbent supports
and updates Post's SharePoint site. The incumbent provides infrastructure,
technology, and customer support of unclassified computer systems, network and
applications for US Consulate Dubai and various agencies. The individual is
also required to perform other tasks as required in support of Information
Resource Management.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:
Note: All applicants must currently hold or be able to acquire a UAE
residency visa to fill the position. For non-UAE nationals, the Mission
assists in obtaining the required residency visa to lawfully work in the UAE.
Refer to Eligibility Question #‎2 and Vacancy Question #‎1: If a non-UAE
national has a valid UAE residency visa, they should answer Yes to Eligibility
Q#‎2 and Vacancy Q#‎1, and attach a copy of residency visa.

EXPERIENCE: ‎3 Years working experience in Software Development using Microsoft
technologies like SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL (Structured Query
Language), DotNet, Visual Basic, VBScript, PowerShell, ADSI,WMI and Python
scripting is required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer applications or Information
Systems Management is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level ‎4 - Fluent written & spoken English. "This may be
tested."
