What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for all Food and Beverage to comply with local and international food safety standards to maintain highest level of food safety and hygiene standards in the hotel to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* You will assist the Culinary and F&B teams in HACCP implementation and certification.
* Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Hygiene Manager you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
* You'll also monitor trends and recommend pro-active action plans to remedy potential problems.
* You will liaise with Dubai Food Control Authorities & other regulatory bodies to ensure legal compliance.
* You will produce quarterly EHS reports and identify trends and occurrences.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Hygiene Manager,
but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our
hotel.
