As Service Associate - Stores (Receiving Assistant), we rely on you to:
Receive all the items ordered by the hotel
Follow the receiving procedure and porters in the delivery of direct issue
items to the kitchen and other departments
Inspects and verifies all goods received and ensure in line with the purchase
specification
Keep accurate records of all transactions
Ensure that receiving area is always clean
Maintain good relationship with other departments and suppliers
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in the same role in a hotel environment preferably or relevant
Has knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs and good computer
skills
Has good organisational skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
