Your role at Clorox:
The MENA eCommerce Manager is responsible for developing the regional
eCommerce strategy and executing the plan via distributors and agencies to
deliver against financial objectives. You will drive new business development
and partnership opportunities with the leading players in the eCommerce space
in MENA and work closely with Int'l BU leaders to share strategy and learning.


You will be responsible for driving growth and achieving ncs targets along
with AAA and brand objectives across all categories. This role will work
closely with the brand studios on the strategy, the engagement plan, digital
shelf vision, and retail media strategy. This leader will develop the cohesive
omni-channel strategy and execution plan in alignment with BU sales and
marketing teams. It will also work closely with channel agencies to deliver
digital shelf and retail media plans.


Will lead the transformation of base capabilities for Omnichannel thinking on
Brick & click customers and will work with the organization (Clorox &
Distributors) to understand and adjust new business models across the markets.
Leader must set the agenda for portfolio success across retail formats
including assortment strategy, fulfillment management, and funding mix. The
leader will set a journey map across the core competencies for Clorox & the
distributors to support the business - this includes internal & external
solutions that are fit for the region & P&Ls.
In this role, you will:
* Strategic & In-Year Planning & Activation:
* Provide leadership and direction in order to develop the strategic plan in those areas where e-Commerce has responsibility or influence. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to define the role and requirements of eCommerce in order to develop the needed plans.
* Full engagement in Business Cycle process: LRP - Budget - Forecasts and demand funds efficiency and effectiveness management
* Translates business strategies (channel) into tactical plans. Drives superior AAA execution with the distributors and agencies. Creates clear objectives, plans and KPIs to analyze, and act on progress and execution.
* Marketplace e-Commerce:
* Responsible for the driving marketplace sites (Amazon, Noon, etc.) via distributors. Responsible for delivering sales volume and activities objectives (quarterly and yearly).Drive the best practices relative to AVNs, algo hacking, content/media execution, merch programs and supply chain solutions. Drives scale in execution, agencies, capabilities, programs, terms, etc. Hold the 3rd parties (agencies, distributors) accountable for an aligned plan and performance execution.
Marketplace e-Commerce:
* Works in partnership with Clorox KAMS and distributor KAMs to develop JBPs and set AAA plans into action across the account's digital formats. Additionally, sets the vision and JBP frame for the leading last milers in the region. Develops relationships that enable partnerships and lower cost media, data and activation test and learns. Sets the agenda and strategy for balance of efforts across dark stores, delivery & different platforms. Can effectively use data and analytics to shift tactics and resources to where the greatest ROI.
Capabilities & Knowledge Development:
* Lead development of best in class Demand Creation plans, sales tools, information, analysis and channel management.
Establishes and executes a ‎3 year journey map with both internal and external
resources to acquire/develop the capabilities required to profitably deliver
the business plans.
* Establishes a culture of external listening and learning to capture early mover advantage on trends, technology. Promote e-Commerce culture across funtions in the organization to build capabilities and information on new trends and businesses on e-Commerce and FMCG.

Experience
* ‎10 years of experience in Consumer goods. (Multinational experience must have)
* +‎3-‎5 Years working on e-Commerce & Digital. Demonstrated capability of effectively developing brands via Pure Play/Marketplace etail environments; Experience with managing B&M + Last Milers(egrocery) is a positive.
* Required to have at least ‎5 years experience in customer management and working thru a distributor.
* Demonstrated analytic orientation (must have)
* Experience in Marketing / TM/ Digital - must have proven ability to write a brief for both campaigns & content, evaluate ROIs and manage an agency.
* Experience with managing a P&L useful (revenue, RR, A&SP)
