Liaising with buyer for the product development
Involvement from Order placement to execution
sharing Quality and compliance requirement to Supplier for each order
keeping track of test report before shipment dispatch
Answering supplier queries on Quality, compliance and testing requirements
Validating testing cost with landmark cost
Validating testing result as per GCC requirement
Saving the Reports in Respective data base
Making sure of doing the product registration with respective ministry / CB
before shipment arrival
Circulating the certificate and saving them to respective folder / person
Liaising with supplier + 3rd party agency (QIMA) for inspection booking
Evaluation of inspection report and confirmation to supplier
Ok to ship giving to supplier for non inspection shipment
Liaising with MDC / RNA for product clearance for individual territory
Document submission to the territory as per regulation / requirement / request
Random MDC / RNA visit for cross verification of product arrival
Weekly Store visit for product quality check + Customer feedback
Making Monthly report for Quality MIS
Making report for Store visit, MDC / RNA visit
Liaising with MDC / RNA / Territory for Product damages
Sharing the Product damages to Buyer / Supplier with images
Settling the claims with Supplier and finance
