Position title : Assistant - Billing Operations
Reporting to : Senior Manager - Billing Operations Revenue Management
Purpose of This role is required to
* Perform the bill QA process
* Monitor Rejects and Revenue Assurance dashboard
* Validate and upload Bulk OCC's, and also validate credit OCC's for defined amount generated by trouble ticket
Key Responsibilities:
Under Billing Quality Assurance
* Perform manual / automated calculations of the rated events to verify the accuracy of Invoices.
* Perform visual checks on customer bills to ensure the accuracy of the format and content.
* Record all checks preformed in QA checklists and prepare summary results for review by the Management
Post-Paid Revenue Assurance Operations
* Monitor and validate Revenue Assurance Dashboard report generated in Revenue Assurance System in order to ensure data integrity in all du systems.
* Perform Rejection Analysis to ensure all events are rated timely in billing system
Customer Billing Complaints Credits Validation
* Assist Billing support Team and Product Assurance team with testing of new billing functionality in order to ensure no billing defects post launch of new products.
Validate Customer billing related Credits to avoid any incorrect Credits to
customers
Qualifications, Experience, Skillls & Competencies
Minimum Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Billing Operations with a fixed/mobile operator
Minimum Education:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Strong reconciliation skills.
* Basics of SQL / Oracle Language
