Role Summary
We are looking to grow our Product Operations team. The role will work with
the Growth tribe closely, focusing on cross-platform products in the Ads and
Incentives domain.
The goal of Product Operations is to ensure we reduce lead time to value to
all our product stakeholders. We do this by aligning with stakeholders,
bringing products to markets and optimizing products post-rollout throughout
the product development cycle. We also drive key horizontal topics and look to
add positive value to the product and tech team here holistically.
What's On Your Plate?
* Be the Product Ops expert in your tribe, possess end-to-end tribe & product knowledge to work with your product counterparts.
* Define, influence or operate the go to market strategies to bring talabat's products to all of our local markets in the most effective way possible.
* Optimize products post rollout, to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products.
* Leverage high-impact horizontal initiatives and look to benefit the entire product and tech department by bringing about an improvement in these fundamental topics.
* Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement.
What Did We Order?
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations or similar role.
* Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
* Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
* Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to priorities demands in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
* Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
* You have a voice that is human, personal and matches our Product brand.
* Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users' needs.
