* evelop ideas/uses for technology, in human performance processes. D
* esign and develop communications programs to more clearly link Group's management to performance management. S
* hould have handled at least ‎2 Performance management cycles in a company. S
* hould have complete understanding of how to analyze, normalize appraisal ratings, gather potential ratings. C
* reating succession pipeline slides and analyze talent aging in various roles. T
echnical Skills: S
* hould be able at an intermediate level while working on excel and power point and should be able to analyze talent through performance data , tenure, potential and career paths. E
xperience: ‎3 -‎5 years MANDATORY experience in performance and talent
management field. E
ducational Qualification :
