The IT supervisor ME will be part of the EMEA team in our Dubai HQ and will
support the team in the management of Help-Desk activities.
In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
* Support in the daily base issues related to employees workstations (PCs, smartphones, tablets and printers)
* Participation in the installation and configuration of laptops and desktops within the Windows information environment
* Support in the installation and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) in both Apple and Android environments
* Participation in Help-Desk activities dedicated to individual users
* Support in the use of tools and hardware configuration of conference rooms
* Support for IT setup (Network, PC, Telephony, Cashier, etc.) of offices and Stores
* Support in the configuration and use of shop apps
