Key responsibilities:
* Develop talent acquisition team members as well as lead, oversee, supervise, and manage the performance of recruiting team members.
* Determine talent acquisition budget required as well as HR and recruiting KPIs, and create and present KPI and periodic reports.
* Suggest measures for improving employee retention, and perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
* Enhance recruitment process and find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and ensure compliance with approved DOA
* Implement the approved workforce plan and participate with department head in developing talent acquisition strategies and workforce plans, and on regular bases review the plans as required.
* Develop Saudization strategy and coordinate with HRDF and other government entities to support DP World's Saudization plan and maintain the required Saudization level
* Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media, and utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
* Drive recruitment analytics and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
* Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
* Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent and identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at DP World and support the GROW program.
* Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the DP World Brand and growth plan.
* Implement sourcing strategies by organizing and attending employer branding initiatives such as career fairs to build strong candidate pipeline, implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure positive candidate's experience to be employer of choice.
* Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
* Conduct required studies and analysis with regard to talent acquisition and talent requirements in our team, and prepare periodic reports related to talent acquisition .
* Maintain records of all material used for recruitment including interview notes, feedback, and related paperwork to share it with key stakeholders.
* Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of DP World's hiring needs and forecasting hiring needs for each department and position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
* Work closely with department managers to develop and Perform Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions.
* Participate and work with OD team to develop an appropriate job description for each position
Job requirements:
* Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, business management and professional certification is preferred (Such as CIPD, SHRM, Birkman)
* Experience : 7 to 9 years in Talent Acquisition or similar role .
* Competencies and skills :
* Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
* Experience in full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word )
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced in English and Arabic .
