Job Summary:
To be responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in
recruitments and supporting the accomplishment of the hotel and department
goals and objectives. The incumbent will support recruitment and other Human
Resources - related functions.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, we rely on you to,
Provide leadership for recruitment planning and align with the company goals
and objectives.
Develop and maintain recruitment best practices and ensure Shangri-La remains
as an employer of choice in the market.
Ensures the existence of a recruitment and selection system, ensuring the
right candidate for the right job.
Updates TMS / Career Website periodically ensuring all recruitment managers
are using the system properly and making sure all applications has been
process.
Keeps good relationship with manpower suppliers i.e. local recruitment
agencies, enhancing applicant sources & quality.
Monitor the progress of succession plans for assessing future recruitment
needs.
What we are Looking For:
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field.
Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
Has good communication and people management skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic
language)
