Providesspecific expertise of recruitment strategy for the Organization,
design of recruitmentprocesses, relevant policy interpretation and
implementation. Plans, organizesand directs the overall operations and
activities of the department.
1- Provides recruitment related input to Director, Talent Acquisition for
HumanCapital (HC) strategy and leads operational analysis.
2- Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency ofthe recruitment process
against appropriate HC metrics.
3- Leads policydevelopment and guidelines definition of recruitment processes.
4- Manages sourcing, screening and hiring process andinterviews and evaluates
candidates, where appropriate.
5- Works closely with HC Business Partners in order tounderstand the
recruitment needs of business and creates a partnership thatensures a seamless
hiring process.
6- Identifies and reviews hard-to-fill positions withconcerned departments to
clarify requirement needed to ensure sourcing ofqualified candidates.
7- Develops recruitment staffskills, ensures opportunities to grow and develop
their career growth.
8- Evaluates subordinates ' performance, takes actionto correct deficiencies
and initiates disciplinary action when required.
9- Develops and implementstraining programs of subordinates and the
Department's career path to improve staffskills.
10- Maintains a high level of self-upgrade on currentGovernment labor law and
other laws related to employment of both national andinternational employees.
Ensures compliance with the Joint CommissionInternational (JCI) and other
accreditation standards.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degreein Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.
At least nine (9) years withMaster 's, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor's
Degree of related EmploymentServices/Management or Human Resources experience
including four (4) years in a senior or supervisorycapacity is required.
