Specialist Safety & Quality - Main Duties:
* Assisting in managing processes and operations, check and review processes and procedures to ensure effective safety management system are implemented to monitor/enhance the safety performance.
* Assists more technically experienced professionals in developing solutions and investigation of problems related to Safety.
* Develop and maintain statistical data on the quantity and type of regulatory violations related to Safety.
* Participate in establishing and developing of accidents prevention program to ensure the highest safety standards.
* Follow-up all daily operational abnormalities related to safety and discuss the same with concerned departments on regulator basis as directed by his supervisor.
* Managing, updating, and monitoring the safety database to ensure properly handling all related safety reports, events, occurrences, incidents and accidents.
* Communication with all related operational and safety offices to support the success of their safety management efforts
* Attend to accidents/incidents/violations/inspections and follow-up to determine the actual causes, prepare initial bulletins and final reports with corrective actions and recommendations to avoid their recurrence and review all safety reports and provide his supervisor with summary of reports and necessary corrective actions.
* Support the management of change requests.
* Support/monitor the hazard identification/elimination process.
* Support in promoting safety awareness campaigns to continually enhance the organizational safety culture in related areas.
* Prepare safety training material, in any related safety subject, to enhance the safety awareness.
* Implement QMS to continually improve Saudia operations.
* Supports and assists more experienced Specialists in developing solutions and investigation of problems related to Quality Management.
* Develop and maintain statistical data on the quantity and type of regulatory violations related to operational quality.
* Follow-up with departments to coordinate and communicate regarding certain compliance/conformance with standards and requirements.
* Implement and develop quality programs to ensure the highest safety & quality standards
* Follow-up operational abnormalities related to safety & quality with concerned departments on regular basis as directed by his superior.
* Conduct site visits and required assessments in coordination with the concerned and provide his superior with reports and recommendations.
* Audit/assess the related operational areas including services providers in accordance with approved Safety & Quality programs, as directed by his superior.
* Determine the contributing factor and root causes of failures in services / products and provide to his superiors the correct actions.

Required Qualification:
* Minimum of bachelor's degree in Quality or Safety Management / Aviation Management/ Aeronautical science / Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in S&Q is preferred.
* The Minimum accepted GPA is ‎2.75 out ‎4 / ‎3.75 out of ‎5.
Required English Level:
* Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of ‎72.
* The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
* Other English Tests will not be accepted.
* The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
* If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)

* Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you MUST attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education).
