Roles and Responsibilities:
* Check and control the processing of the product at all stages (Mixing, Forming, Oven and ODI VA mitids Packaging) of production both regular and random basis.
* Follow and maintain the application of quality system & process control documents in production area. Analysis and reporting of the online non-conformities/failures & events related to quality and ensure full tracking of FGs.
* implement and ensure the compliance of QC systems, GMP and Food safety program requirements
* Sampling processes of semi-finished and finish good products.
* Conduct products scoring and sensory evaluation.
* To cover Quality Laboratory during vacations and rotation.
* Covering Safety inspections and audit during the shifts and monitoring the work permit activities in the factory.
