MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide guidance and support to allocated business units on Quality and
Patient safety measures required for regulatory compliance, audits and risk
mitigation
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
* To coordinate continuous quality improvement of systems and procedures
* Support and guide business unit preparation for regulatory and accreditation compliance related to quality and patient safety
* Monitor and support audit planning, execution and related risk management
Requirements
REQUIERD EDUCATION
Essential : Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field,MSc
Desired : Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CPHQ, CPPS, CMQ)
REQUIERD EXPERIENCE
Essential : At least 5 years healthcare experience in quality and patient
safety
Desired : Previous experience in a hospital, CBAHI Accredited
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Demonstrate basic proficiency in MS Office packages
* Verbal and written communication skills in English
* Demonstrate insight into the healthcare industry
* Project Management
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of quality improvement principles
* Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures and the hospital environment, systems and related processes
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of patient safety in hospitals
