Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal departments to better determine recruitment needs.
* Coordinate with line manager to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
* Source candidates through a verity of channels to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
* Participate with line manager in developing TA strategies and hiring plans and implement the approved workforce plan.
* Implement an end to end hiring process to ensure positive candidate's experience.
* Assist in developing employees' retention and developing plans.
* Implement sourcing strategies by organizing and attending employer branding initiatives such as career fairs to build strong candidate pipeline.
* Maintain records of all material used for recruitment including interview notes, feedback, and related paperwork to share it with key stakeholders.
* Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, ad references.
* Prepare periodic reports related to TA.
* Participate and work with OD team to develop an appropriate job description for each position.
* Coordinate with HRDF and other government entities to support Saudization programs
* Maintain Saudization rate based on recruitment
Job requirements:
* Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, business management and professional certification is preferred (Such as CIPD, SHRM, Birkman)
* Experience : 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition or similar role
* Competencies and skills:
* Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
* Experience in full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced in English and Arabic
