What you'll be doing
The Onboarding Officer is responsible for the Hybrid Onboarding People
Experience journey across the Group.
The Chalhoub Onboarding Officer will create and nurture relationships with the
HR Services, Administration & Talent Acquisition teams and builds the
necessary processes & procedures around the neighboring departments to support
the new Hybrid Onboarding People Experience Journey across the group.
Relevant check points in place to ensure New Joiner attends Brand/ Functional Induction and the all-New Joiners web meeting with Patrick/BoP representation
