MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support and guide the development of employee competence through the
design, facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development
programmes
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
* Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
* Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
* Deliver planned learning and development activities
* Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
* Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions
Requirements
REQUIERD EDUCATION
Essential : A relevant Bachelor 's degree or diploma
Desired : Certification in Training and Development or related studies
REQUIERD EXPERIENCE
Essential : At least 3-4 years ' experience in facilitation of learning and
development or training in a formal setting
Desired : At least 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment
At least 1 years' experience in using an electronic health record system
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Instructional Design (ADDIE model) and its application
* Evaluation of learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick 's Evaluation Model
* Learning styles and adult learning principles
* English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Arabic communication skills (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in the use of computer software and applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, e-Learning and Learning Management Systems)
* E-learning content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Moodle, etc.)
* Video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro)
* Learning support material development, including training manuals
* Facilitation/ presentation skills
* Knowledge of hospital and/or clinic operations
* User training on the use of hospital information systems
