MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support the sustainable growth and development of the hospital where the
following primary responsibilities needs to be delivered upon:
* manage the accounts payable of the hospital
* provide sufficient and professional support with regards to management of suppliers, and ensure that accounts payable module is up to date and working properly
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
* To lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively
* Monitor and manage accounts payable module, all the data is up to date in AP module.
* Payments to the suppliers are on time within the credit period.
* Communication with suppliers is strong.
* Effective and efficient management of data to provide relevant business information and reports to the management
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: A relevant Bachelor 's Degree in commerce or related field from an
accredited institution
Desired: Formal relevant financial qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: At least 3-5 years ' management or supervisory experience in a
similar position
Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry,
including relevant financial functions
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Demonstrate a sound knowledge and application of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial planning
* Ability to understand financial statements and provide relevant advice with regards to what needs to be done
* Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of financial statutory requirements and the ability to support clinic finances accordingly
* Demonstrate sound knowledge of risk management principles and systems and the ability to effectively minimise risks
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
* ERP financial modules
* Knowledge of the Patient Administration processes and systems
* Understanding of Funders, their processes and rules
* Knowledge of applicable KSA regulations and laws
* Experience with contracts and service level agreements
* Knowledge and understanding of stock management principles and processes
* Experience with KSA medical insurance approvals
* Fluent in English
