Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Maintaining and improving contact center operations. Recommend, develop
implement and evaluate goals, objectives, policies and procedures.Coordinate
services with other teams,divisions, departments and outside agencies and
provide highly complex operational assistance to the Patient Services Manager.
Meet quality standards within operational regulations, methods, policies and
procedures. Oversee and play a critical role in setting the standards for an
unparalleled patient experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
* To manage the daily Contact Centre operations
* To develop and enhance client relations strategies aimed at ensuring positive patient experiences
* To manage and lead the team
* To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
* To ensure continuous improvement of service delivery and systems
* To manage services and human resources in a cost efficient and effective manner
* To support patient experience and actively promote patient satisfaction
* To comply my Mediclinic policies and procedures
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential : Diploma
Desired : Bachelor Degree
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential : At least ‎2 years experience in an operational
supervisory/managerial position
Desired : At least ‎2 years experience in management of contact center within a
healthcare setting
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Demonstrate computer literacy
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Proficiency in Arabic (verbal and written)
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of ITIL Quality Methodology
* Demonstrate basic financial management skills
* Demonstrate an understanding of quality management
* Demonstrate knowledge in respect of the operation of the telephone and calls techniques and systems
* Knowledge of facilities, employee names and functions
* Medical terminology
