We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager - New
Equipment Business to be based in our Jeddah office. In this role, you will
lead and guide the sales team in order to meet strategic targets by setting
sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training
and sales territories and mentor the members of the team.
The Sales Manager - New Equipment Business at KONE focuses on creating
customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a
proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and
collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to
influence, is result driven and has a strong commercial acumen. This is a

Are you the one?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
* Minimum ‎10 years ' experience in Sales Management with experience in managing big teams
* Technical background in the construction, heavy machinery or manufacturing, experience in the elevator/escalator industry is preferred
* Experience on CRM tools and MS Office is a must
* Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns
* Ability to bring people together and to be able to lead by example
* Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
* Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
