Essential Functions:
* Assist account application and coordinate account attribute related issue resolution
* Provides end-to-end support in project engagement contracts - drafting of contract proposals, acquiring Legal and Finance approvals and ensuring the full execution in accordance with the company policy
* Assist in maintaining and adapting systems to best fit sales team needs and overall efficiency, provide reporting and propose future reporting changes wherever necessary to gain clarity on sales activity
* Create and maintain marketing, invoice, contract, and miscellaneous information for ready access
* Understand the sales process and identify ways of supporting and improving it
* Manage lead generation activity and assist on the direction of inbound leads
* Coordinating with the finance team and the client to ensure invoices are shared timely and minimize DSO
* Provide event and conference scheduling, coordinating, and organizing
* Draft emails, PowerPoints, and documents; manage the monthly newsletter, and conduct routine email communications
* Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve customer issues & complaints
* Report to the Director, and work in conjunction with the Sales team
* Compile corporate sales processes and procedures
* Monitor pricing policy carrying out
Required Background:
* Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
* Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience and/or education.
* Experience in sales administration
