Who You'll Work With


You will be based in our Riyadh or Jeddah office locations as part of our
Human Resources operations team.


What You'll Do


You will support the full life cycle of our firm members.
In this role, your responsibilities will include case management of the full
onboarding and offboarding processes, management of immigration details,
background screenings, etc. with a risk mitigation mindset. You will also
manage the administration of all leaves of absence in partnership with
regional HR/professional development teams. You will be responsible for the
day-to-day administration of a variety of HR processes and programs including
but not limited to benefits, payroll, tuition reimbursement program, in
collaboration with the respective teams.
Also, you will be the first point of contact for firm members on benefits,
payroll and other HR matters via e-mail and phone. You will aid in addressing
concerns, solving complex HR issues and administering general policies in
collaboration with office-based HR teams throughout the Middle East. You will
be responsible for managing data in our people systems as well as complete the
analysis and reporting of HR data with the use of firm databases. You will
also focus on continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and
consistent team performance including defining best practices, active
knowledge sharing and championing HR projects within the team as needed.
Finally, you will help foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
You will assist with the training of new HR operations team members over time
and manage and support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often of
varying degree and difficulty, with differing levels of priority.


Qualifications



  • Graduate degree, with a strong academic record

  • ‎2+ years of relevant professional work experience

  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors (People Central) for employee life cycle management processes

  • Comfort with Excel and Access

  • Strong integrity and fairness in dealing with members and confidential information

  • Ability to deliver results (e.g. to meet the requisite defined SLAs in HR operations)

  • Comfortable in unstructured space/ambiguity

  • Strong customer service orientation
