Job Summary:
The Residences Manager is responsible for providing residences services as
well as supervision and mentoring the staff in accordance with the objectives,
performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La & Burj Assila
Residences.
As a Residences Manager, we rely on you to:
Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting
residences in every single interaction.
Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.
Has strong organizational and leadership skills
Highly motivated, mature, and able to work independently with high speed of
execution.
Disposition- Ability to interact, professional, displays initiative,
commitment to professional values and integrity, able to lead and motivate the
team.
Ensures the highest level of hygiene, safety, and security by facilitating
effective training programs that delivers a high degree of awareness amongst
staff and guests.
What we're looking for
Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
Strong English skills
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
