Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait - Residences is looking for Residence Manager who is
responsible for administering front office functions and supervising staff on
a daily basis.
Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, Communications and Guest
Services/Front Desk.
This role will direct and works with managers and employees to carry out
procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest
and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the
department.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have:
* Similar experience in large scale operations
* Minimum of 2 years as a Front Office Manager/Residence Manager
* Strong analytical skills
* Fluent communications skills
