We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier to join our team at
Jeddah Station. As a Courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely
delivery of packages and documents to designated destinations within the
Jeddah area.
Responsibilities:
* Pick up packages and documents from designated locations within Jeddah Station.
* Ensure packages and documents are securely stored and organized for delivery.
* Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
* Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages.
* Deliver packages and documents to designated recipients within the Jeddah area.
* Obtain recipient signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing recipient inquiries or concerns.
* Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
* Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the appropriate supervisor.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver's license for vehicle couriers.
* Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred.
* Excellent knowledge of Jeddah streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
* Physical fitness to lift and carry packages up to a certain weight limit.
* Clean driving record and background check.
Note: This position may require working on weekends and holidays, as
necessary.
