In this position you will work within Logistics Department reporting to
Logistics Supervisor. You will provide guidance and support to our 3PL . This
role requires strong reporting capabilities, Analytic mindset, and
communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement to deliver expected
result in a fast-paced environment.
A Day in the Life
* Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and where appropriate implementation, of improvement initiatives within the Transport & Logistics operation of the 3LPs.
* Drives operational excellence via KPI management and reporting to ensure efficient Logistics operation that support the business need.
* Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouses and transportation operation by supporting, guiding, and coaching 3PLs teams.
* Monitoring and Reviewing 3PLs transportation performance and productivity reporting and apply continues improvement, cost reduction measures.
* Liaise with Customer service, sales to deliver urgent/critical orders when needed, resolve issues at customer sites, and communicate changes to the schedule.
* Communicates with Sales team and customer service to collaboratively resolve any customer or delivery opportunities or issues.
* Build strong external customer relationships with hospitals' warehouses, and MOH accounts, and Nupco DCs Teams.
* High level of interaction with internal groups (Customer Service, sales, supply chain).
* Support 3PLs with various logistics activity.
* Support MOH Tender deliveries and address areas of improvement in the process.
Must Haves
* Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
* Fluency in English and Arabic required
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
* SAP know-how.
* Detail oriented.
Nice to Haves
* Work experience in Medical Device or Pharma
* Awareness of NUPCO and MOH Tender delivery processes.
* Power BI
