Main responsibilities:
Ensure HR operational excellence across Greater Gulf MCO
* Managing the cycle for HR Policies - Revisions & Approvals.
* Managing renewal of Staffing Agreements for distributors.
* New joiner announcements, HR Communications, HR inbox management.
* Wellbeing Champion.
* Regional HQ set up in Saudi - manage employee moves to new RHQ.
* Saudization Quotas - Tracking, Compliance with govt quotas and regulations.
* Emiratization Quotas - Tracking, Compliance with govt quotas and regulations.
* Managing renewals of HR Vendor agreements (Legal, PRO, Fastlink, Mawarid, medical, life, etc…)
* Issuing & following up on POs relating to HR vendors.
* Coordinate Projects relating to employee transfers
* Manage Agenda of HR team Meetings.
* Manage HR SharePoint & shared folders.
* Local Onboarding (assigning buddies, welcome kit, new joiner communication, etc..)
About you

* Experience: HR operational role experience.
* Soft skills: Customer service oriented, organized, attention to details and communication skills.
* Technical skills: Excel.
* Education: Degree or equivalent experience
* Languages: Arabic & English.
