SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Promote and sell Decorative products to potential and assigned customers by
introducing new products and monitor on projects in co-ordination with the
assigned dealers in accordance to specification to achieve the budgeted sales,
gross margin, DSO and increase market shares.


This position is based in Jeddah & will report to the Area Sales Manager -
Decorative Retail.
Responsibilities:
* Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
* Promote decorative products by co-ordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
* Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.
* Have a strong follow-up on collection as per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
* Maintain good relationship and provide high quality service to existing distributors and attending to customers' complaints
* Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM (Customer relationship management system)
* Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service
* Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries, introducing products and services to dealers/Retailers.
* Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Supervisor
* Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the retail network to create a good base in the market.
* Co-ordinate and manage retail information ensuring the necessary action is taken at critical stages of the retails business. Actively search for retails in Jotun's core market segments.
* Monitor and prepare in advance any necessary information linked with Retail business.

* Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
* Minimum ‎3 - ‎4 years of relevant experience Sales & Business Development.
* Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written
