What you'll do:
* Conduct personal visits to customers to chase due payments as required.
* Timely delivery of invoices to customers; obtaining acknowledgement of delivery and maintaining record of both.
* Regular payment follow up in line with invoice due date.
* Provide customers with regular and accurate statement of accounts as per business requirement.
* Reconcile statement of account with customer records.
* Regular contact with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships.
* Gain an understanding of each customer requirements to facilitate the timely processing of payments.
* Immediately flag up any identified potential payment issues with suggestions for resolution
* Maintain and discuss with accountant, the list of cash customers due date for timely follow up on extension payments.
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivables or similar job-related role
* Availability to travel as and when required.
* Possession of valid local driving license
* Analytical thinking and numerate
* Experience in ERP system is desired.
* Experienced in spreadsheet packages.
* Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.
