Purpose of the Job:
To work closely with agents and customers to building strong relatoinships to
ensure that outstanding debt is kept to a minimum. Reporting of high potential
payment issues as soon as identified, with recommendation for resolution ation
to be taken.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct personal visits to customers to chase due payments as required
* Timely delivery of invoices to customers; obtaining acknowledgement of delivery and maintaining record of both
* Regular payment follow up in line with invoice due date
* Provide customers with regular and accurate statement of accounts as per business requirement
* Reconcile statement of account with customer recrords
* Regular contact with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Gain an understanding of each customer requirements to facilitate the timely processing of payments
* Create and maintain database of all client key stakeholder contacts (eg, Owner, Procurement; Finance Manager; Accounts Payable etc)
* Immediately flag up any identified potential payment issues with suggestions for resolution
* Reporting of daily activities
* Maintain and discuss with accountant, the list of cash customers due date for timely follow up on extension payments.
* Actively committed and accountable to the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental policies, operating procedures and compliance to local legislation including external and internal audits
* Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested (eg, including but not limited to the processing of gate pass request forms; assistance in government related matters)
Person Specification
* Good level of education (high school minimum
* Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Receivables or similar job related role
* Availability to travel as and when required
* Possession of valid local driving license

* Fluent commad of Arabic and moderate level of English language, spoken and written

* Experience in ERP system is desired
