Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Administrator/Coordinator to
join our team! In this role you will get to work within and support the Health
and Safety team on one of Saudi Arabia's Mega Construction programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Writing/wordsmithing department correspondence to relevant stakeholders
* Data Entry
* Report writing
* Electronically filing and recording relevant data and communications
* Arranging, scheduling meetings, training and minute taking
* Producing and communicating dashboards for various data sets
* Assisting the HSE Management Systems lead with any other duties as require
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Must have good IT and Communication skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* Proficient English writing and verbal skills
* Preferably have experience of working in Health and Safety Department
* KSA Drivers License
