Job Description:
Principal Objective: A brief summary of the responsibilities of the
position
Participates in post-award contract administration functions including
fulfilling and meeting contract requirements, negotiations, and
administration. Support and advice the CEO Office staff in all legal matters
and the Royal Commission contractual matters meet contractual compliance.
Major Activities Performed: List the major job function(s) of the
position.
* Specific to this position on the Jazan Program - Act as the Contract Administrator for Media and Communication Contracts re-design services contracts and RFP development
* Performs all pre-award activities for release of Design Task Orders
* Maintains a legal and contractual liaison between the Media and Communication Contractors and the Royal Commission
* Coordinates with the different departments of Royal commissions to full administration of contracts
* Performs periodic performance of all Media and Communication Contracts and prepare quarterly evaluation reports
* Responsible for the timely preparation of legal and contractual documents such as, Letters of Instructions (LOIs), Contracts Change Orders / Modifications, Insurance Documents, Sub-Contractor Approval Packages, Certificate of Finance Acceptance (COFA), and other legal or contractual packages as needed
* Prepares and negotiates cost impacts and schedule changes with Contractor for Contract Change Orders / Modifications.
* Prepares contract initial and final acceptance, certificates of maintenance and coordinates contract closeout
* Prepares and maintains records of activity and status of contracts to ensure compliance with contract term and conditions
* Reviews and assists in resolving and processing claims, back charges and invoices
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Experience and Qualifications: List the background experience required for

desirable academic background.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences or Law
* 0 to 3 years of experience in contracts administration, negotiation, or legal affairs. Mideast experience is plus.
* Must be fluent and be able to effectively communicate in English
* Knowledge of computers and basic software applications: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
