What You 'll Be Doing
* Responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports to accurately reflect current budgets, invoices and committed costs; projected-to-go or cost-to-complete estimates; budget variances; cash flow projections; and schedule of values for individual projects.
* Provide trending information to assist in forecasting potential problems with cost and time.
* Manage work breakdown structures and revisions.
* Coordinate conceptual estimates for various design and construction estimates to provide program budgets.
* Development and maintenance of automated program cost database.
* Perform work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to comply with safety rules and regulations.
* Provide, annually, a fiscal budget and past period cost performance report.
* Provide, monthly, a consolidated program cost performance report.
What Required Skills You 'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years+ related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven construction experience in estimating, bidding and job cost preparation; and an understanding of construction contracts, scheduling and general construction management principles is required. Construction experience in change order review / negotiations process preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
