Parsons is now hiring a Cost Reporting Manager who can lead a team of
professionals overseeing every phase of mission critical projects or programs.
Parsons' extensive experience in this field, combined with your management and
technical experience, will propel your career forward with opportunity for
advancement with top performance. We need our Cost Reporting Managers to be
versatile as well as have exceptional communication, analytical and management
skills. You will take financial control of major contracts and drive
commercial awareness & decision making to improve performance, working closely
with the Operations Team providing them invaluable support in the commercial
management of the schemes.
Responsibilities:
Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the
resolution of difficult and complex financial control problems.
Revenue Management
Project Billing and Work-In-Progress Analysis and Reporting
Project Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting
Project Financial Forecasting
Resource Profitability Analysis
Produce Annual Budgets, Year-End Forecasting and Accruals for the
projects. Overseeing the month-end processes and tasks of the Project Finance
Team. Ensuring we provide high-quality accounting and financial information to
stakeholders.
Business Partnering, working closely with stakeholders to understand their
needs and requirements.
May be required to make informal or formal presentations.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be
appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Accounting or related field.
15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial
experience.
Proficient PC skills including a proficiency in various.
Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity in a high pressure
environment.
