Cost Control Assistant (NEOM Project)

Job Description

Responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:
* Prepare the Budget every ‎4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.
* Estimation of forecast cost along the Project
* controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordance
with the budgets set by the Management Committee
* Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost
* Variations from client: cost impact analysis
* Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assessment
* Staffing Plan
* Payment application to client

Skills

• Civil/Industrial Engineer


• Minimum ‎5 years in international Projects


• Fluent English


• Good level of Excel. Primavera and SAP are important but not essential.
