The Sr. IT Director will play a crucial role in shaping the company's IT
strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the effective use of
technology to support business objectives.
This role will lead and oversee the IT function and should possess a strong
technical background, proven leadership skills, and a track record of driving
IT innovation and excellence.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices ensuring compliance with the organization's IT strategy.


• Provide visionary leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Define the technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in compliance with organization's IT strategy.


• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.


• Lead the selection in accordance with organization's processes, ensuring support of implementation, and support in management of software systems that support various business functions, such as transportation management, warehousing, and customer relationship management.


• Enforce robust cybersecurity measures and data protection policies in accordance with the information security guidelines to safeguard the company's digital assets and sensitive information.


• Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance customer engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making.


• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations.


• Implement IT governance processes to manage risks and ensure effective IT management and safeguarding DSV's processes and governance


• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.


• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure local IT systems' availability and data integrity.


• Manage IT budgets, allocate resources, and optimize expenditures to achieve efficient and cost-effective IT operations.


• Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
