AC Supervisor
As HVAC Technician supervisor, you are responsible for supervising
installation, repair, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air
Conditioning systems in the Resort.

What you will be doing:
* Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and executing installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as and when required.
* Carry out the service and maintenance of the various types of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
* Execute installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as and when required.
* Conduct site surveys and inspections.
* Any other tasks as requested.
Your experience and skills include:
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all
times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Solid experience with woking on HVAC system in the hotel industry.
Technical knowledge on repair and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
