Key Responsibilities
* Oversees Company's sales and marketing
* Ultimately responsible for achieving sales targets for new and used cars
* Oversees ordering activities of new cars
* Oversees whole finance & insurance activities
* Develops market studies reports, showing the expected market share and sales volume by brand and car series/ type
* Oversees the development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising material, events and social media promotions
* Set standard policies and procedures related to department operations.
* Ultimately responsible for staffing showrooms and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
* Communicates with manufacturers to ensure smooth delivery process
* Maintains ongoing client relations and focuses on developing new ones
* Coordinates across departments to broaden the spectrum of sales and marketing efforts
* Develops the sales target for salesmen and monitors the progress of achieving those targets
* Ensures that the manufacturer requirements are met
* Represents Company at manufacturer events and brand audits
* Ensure sales staff compliance to manufacturer requirement, retail standards and relevant sales policies and procedures
* Coordinates with the Business Development Director for potential market opportunities
* Coordinates with manufacturers regarding planned marketing activities and seeks their approval and claims manufacturer incentives/ share of cost accordingly
* Develops and approves marketing budgets, campaigns and events
* Reviews the success of marketing activities, by analyzing their outcomes against planned objectives
Team Size: Around 6-7 Managers will be reporting to you with 105-110 staff
under you.
Candidate Profile
* Requirement open for Arab nationals.
* Bachelors degree.
* Managerial level experience in Sales & Marketing.
