Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence is looking for a Director of
Sales & Marketing to join our Leadership Team.

About the Director of Sales & Marketing role:
The Director of Sales & Marketing forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who
collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel. The
Director will lead the Sales & Marketing efforts of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo
At the First Residence with the support of teams including, Sales, Catering,
Conference Services, marketing communications advertising and Revenue
Management and ensures that all activities and bookings are focused to yield
maximum revenue per room occupied. They will formulate and implement sales
strategies for maximizing revenues and lead the Sales team to ensure they meet
the targets set in the marketing plan.
The Director of Sales & Marketing:
* We are looking for individuals who are strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing.
* Applicants need to evidence strong revenue and budget management skills, have a creative flair for marketing, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership.
* Will have proven experience of effectively developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling sales strategies, and the ability to develop objectives and make strategic decisions and recommendations based on facts, market trends and experience.
* Applicants are required to have three to five years previous employment in a related position.
* Marketing or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.
* Solid and clear communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
* Strong business acumen in strategic planning and process management, analytical, and is computer and systems savvy

* The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
* Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
