Swimming Instructor | Health Club in Kuwait City


We are looking for experienced SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR to join the team of a
busy Health Clubs located in Kuwait City


Main duties:


  • Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to learners with varying swimming abilities.

  • Assisting more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities.

  • Assessing the progress of learners and adjusting teaching programs accordingly.

  • Observing learners to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Implementing ground rules for each swim session.

  • Planning swimming lessons that take into account learners' abilities and progressive development.

  • Identifying incorrect swimming techniques and correcting learners accordingly.

  • Ensuring that the swimming pool and locker rooms are kept clean and tidy.


Main skills and qualifications required:


  • Proven experience working as a swim instructor

  • Qualification as Swimming Instructor

  • CPR and First Aid

  • Sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules.

  • Strong swimming abilities.

  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Passionate and enthusiastic

  • Fluent English

  • Lead by example


Start Date - ASAP

Salary package:


  • Basic salary KWD ‎220

  • ‎20% Commission - approx. KWD ‎300 - ‎1000 per month

  • Free accommodation will be provided

  • Accommodation is within walking distance to the gym

  • Flight to Kuwait

  • Visa

  • Return flights on completion of every contract
