About the Role
Responsible for the following KPIs
* Target Planning: Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales, and new client growth targets
* Customer Satisfaction : Ensure client satisfaction with all products/services offered by The Bank
* Business Development: Coordinate when needed with product specialists in different businesses (e.g. CBD, Treasury) to push for products
* Exercise Organization: Conduct KYC exercise
* Sales: Deliver sales of products and services. Prepare sales plans in order to meet established targets. Ensure that relevant products are sold to customers based on customer risk profiles
* Inquiry Management : Respond to client inquiries and requests Clients Management: approach new clients by offering new products, and services and providing continuous customer service
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
* Bachelor's Degree in banking relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 5 years of banking sector experience - Retail Banking practice, Affluent Banking, or Supporting Relationship management
* Successful record of supporting major high-worth clients
* Kuwaiti National
