Job Title : Sales Manager
Report To : Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the sales plan and meet the targets and expand the customer's database.
* Build strong relationships with the customers and understanding their businesses needs and the aims.
* Establish the Distribution channels
* Hire and train the Sales Team
* Develop all the procedures and transactions to ensure efficiency of the sales various functions and achieve all the sales targets.
* Achieve, develop and monitor the sales department budget, to achieve all the financial targets and avoid the deflects. Also send a monthly report to the general manager.
* Follow the competitors prices, promotions and the new products and report to the direct manager about it.
* Deal professionally with the colleagues and clients, maintain an appropriate appearance.
* Build a good relationship with the clients, receiving their ( comments - complaints ) and follow it up with the responsible person.
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for any nationals. Arabs preferred
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline
* 5 - 8 years of experience in the HORECA/FMCG industry in Kuwait.
* Excellent selling skills and dealing with customers.
* Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License
* Must have good knowledge of setting up the Distribution Channel
* Must have prior experience selling to HORECA/Hypermarkets
