Main activities:
Develop and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy on your
markets.
Participate in the construction of the budget and Long Term Plan on your
markets based on internal and external analyses
To guarantee the profitability defined in the budget
Manage and monitor marketing and sales resources (marketing and sales budgets,
operating budgets...)
Contribute to the deployment of global brands
Prospecting and recruiting new distributors in new networks
Manage and animate your distributors and their customers: negotiate annual
conditions by applying the policy defined by the Sales Department, animate
sales (promotional and/or marketing actions, training, public relations...)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong background in business development
Must deal with various brands and distributors and demonstrate genuine
proactivity
International exposure will be an additional value.
Fluency in English and Arabic will be required in addition.
High levels of flexibility, drive, energy, and resilience.
