About the Role
To handle complex legal transactions related to capital markets & regulatory
matters as assigned and assist the Partner in offering clients' optimum legal
services/solutions in line with the Firm's policies and Code of Ethics.
About You
Candidate must have the following:
* achelor's degree in Law; with an MBA is preferred
* Strong relevant experience in capital markets and M&A and have worked in reputable law firms and professional services companies in the Middle East.
* Have handled complex legal documentation related to capital markets & regulatory cases
* Experience in Business Development and ability to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the practice area and strengthen client relationships.
* Comprehensive prior experience in executing corporate transactions, including but not limited to areas such as structuring and re-structuring, corporate transactions (M&A and JVs), market entry, route-to-market, and contracts advice.
* Outstanding communications skills (ENGLISH FLUENCY)
* Strong leadership skills, mentorship, and ability to lead a team
* Open to relocate
